How to Redeem Gift Codes in Whiteout Survival (Android & iOS)

This guide explains how to redeem gift codes for Whiteout Survival on both Android and iOS devices.

Android Redemption (In-Game)

1. Open the Game
   Launch Whiteout Survival on your Android device and wait for the main city screen to load.

2. Open Profile
   Tap your player avatar in the top-left corner to open the player profile panel.

3. Access Settings
   In the profile panel, tap the Settings button.

4. Open Gift Code Menu
   Find and select the Gift Code (or Redeem Code) option in the Settings screen.

5. Enter Gift Code
   Type or paste the gift code into the input field.

   • Enter the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive)
   • Make sure there are no extra spaces

6. Confirm Redemption
   Tap the Confirm or Redeem button.
   If the code is valid, a success message will appear.

7. Collect Your Rewards
   Return to the main screen and open the Mail section to claim your rewards.

iOS Redemption (Official Gift Code Website)

iOS devices may not always show an in-game Gift Code option. In that case, use the official redemption website.

1. Copy Your Player ID
   Open Whiteout Survival on your iPhone or iPad.
   Tap your player avatar (top-left) to open your profile.
   Copy your Player ID shown under your name.

2. Visit the Gift Code Website
   Open Safari or any browser and go to:
   https://wos-giftcode.centurygame.com/

3. Enter Player ID
   Paste your Player ID into the Player ID field.

4. Enter Gift Code
   Type or paste the gift code exactly as provided (case-sensitive).

5. Complete Verification
   Enter captcha or verification characters if required.

6. Submit
   Tap Confirm or Redeem to submit the form.

7. Claim Rewards In-Game
   Open the game and go to the Mail section.
   Tap Claim to receive your rewards.

Tips and Common Issues

• Codes must be entered exactly as provided (case-sensitive)
• Most codes can be used only once per account
• Some codes expire quickly
• Rewards are delivered to the in-game Mail
• Restart the game if rewards don’t appear immediately
